I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Please note: External factors like natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as it is dependent on the shipping company.
Order Changes & Cancellations
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, with no penalty. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please email us with the subject line "CANCEL."
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you've entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information or notify us via email within 24 hours. We can update your address if it hasn’t yet shipped.
Damaged Items & Issues
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We take extra care in packing, but on rare occasions, products may arrive damaged (about 1 in 1000). If this happens, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
We'll send a replacement free of charge.
